Infrastruct stores the technical data needed to operate artifact delivery, protect package integrity, and support customer requests.

Request metadata

Endpoint, time, artifact path, status code, cache result, and scanner decision are recorded for troubleshooting and abuse handling.

Access desk

Messages sent to the service desk are used only to process access, support, security, and abuse reports.

Retention

Operational logs are rotated regularly. Longer retention is used only for security incidents and contractual audit requests.
